1/1. Tumour lysis syndrome during anaesthesia.We describe a child who developed acidosis, hyperkalaemia and cyanosis while emerging from an otherwise uneventful anaesthetic. A diagnosis of tumour lysis syndrome was suspected and confirmed biochemically.
