1/1. Attempted strangulation during phenothiazine-induced sleep-walking and night terrors.A patient who resumed sleep-walking as an adult is described. The failure to diagnose his disturbed nocturnal behaviour as sleep-walking kept him from his work for over 8 months, and led to a treatment which exacerbated the behaviour.
