A rare, X-linked immunodeficiency syndrome characterized by eczema; lymphopenia; and, recurrent pyogenic infection. It is seen exclusively in young boys. Typically, immunoglobulin m levels are low and immunoglobulin a and immunoglobulin e levels are elevated. Lymphoreticular malignancies are common.
