what is the syndrome that can be associated with a dilated lateral ventricles and high riding third ventricle?


i want a syndrome which is associated with cryptorchidism, hypertelorism agenesis of the corpus callosum, dilated lateral ventricles nd high riding third ventricle and the forth ventricle is opened into a retrocerebellar space and also there is mild dilatation of the renal pelvis. there is also hypoplastic nipples and small posterior cleft palate with a membranous covering,all the fontanelles are wide and the sutures are seperated, there is also choanal atresia and the childs immunity is poor that he developed a methicillin resistance staphylococcus strain infection.
