Urticaria pigmentosa (Maculopapular Cutaneous Mastocytosis)

The most common form of cutaneous mastocytosis (mastocytosis, cutaneous) that occurs primarily in children. It is characterized by the multiple small reddish-brown pigmented pruritic macules and papules.
