Priapism
A prolonged painful erection that may lasts hours and is not associated with sexual activity. It is seen in patients with SICKLE CELL anemia, advanced malignancy, spinal trauma; and certain drug treatments.

- On 15 May 2010 I had priapism in duration of 3 days. I underwent surgery - winter shunt. This time I have no erection... I am afraid that my penis is damaged. Maybe the shunts are not closed..I do not know. George - Slovakia (+)
