Un enzyme retrouvé principalement dans la plante hydrolysetissu glycerophosphatidates avec la formation d'une phosphatidic acide et une base Nitrogenous tels que choline. Cette enzyme catalyse également transphosphatidylation réactions. CE 3.1.4.4.
