Two days back my mother aged 54 , has undergone through CT angiography test and diagonsed Splenic Artery Aneurysm.
She is having high blood pressure since last 3 years and taking medicins like Ecosprin,Alphadopa , Atocor and Metolar.

Could you please suggest me what are the possible options for the treatent and

could you please suggest specialist doctor for such treatment in Bangalore.

The specialist she needs to see is a vascular surgeon. Depending on her exact anatomy, then the treatment options include:
1) waiting (if it's not too big)
2) open bypass (open the abdomen, bypass the aneurysm)
3) stent grafting (through the blood vessels)
4) embolization (closing through the artery)

It started as a pimple on my right wrist that ruptured into this huge, open abcess. It is now open the size of a dime and is black in the very center. This past spring, I had a similar event, on my right leg. I ended up going to the hospital due to the pain and swelling. It was a staff infection, and after they ruptured it antibiotics took care of it. It is extremely painful and my arm is swollen in various locations.How can I make it rupture? It needs to bad.
You need to go to the dr. It may be a staph infection..BUT it also sounds like it could be a brown recluse spider bite. Either way you need to be seen and get it taken care of.  (+ info)

We are tying to get pregnant with our second child. I have had ovarian cysts for the past two years off and on. I know the pain and I am certain that is what it is. Its sharp pain on my ovary so I feel like its rupturing or growing more. Could me getting pregnant cause it to rupture?
I friend of mine almost died because she got pregnant while having an ovarian cyst. The cyst obstructed the passage to the ovary and the fetus got stuck there. When the fetus grew the cyst ruptured and she had to go under surgery to save her life.

i have had a previous c-section and was told inducement can cause my uterus to rupture. I know intercourse too close to when baby is due can casue you to go into labor. Would this possible be like inducing and cause the uterous to rupture?
if you are worried then don't do it. there are other (yes, less satisfying) ways to be intimate when sex may not be the best option.  (+ info)

a blunt force could rupture it but it takes an extremely hard amount of force to do so..
leaking implants are extremely rare and I'd say the only reason for the leak is because implants need to be changed every 10-15 years or so

No, if your heart stopped your aortic valve would not rupture. The reasons for this are that 1. If your heart stops, the ventricles are no longer contracting to force blood through the aortic valve. 2. The aortic valve is made to open from the left ventricle into the aorta. This valve is operated by shifting pressure gradients, thus, when the left ventricular pressure exceeds aortic (systemic) pressure, the valve opens. When systemic pressure exceeds the left ventricular pressure, the valve closes. 3. Blood that enters the left ventricle does so because the blood was pushed through the pulmonary circuit from the right ventricle contracting. The blood would then flow into the left atrium and through the mitral valve into the left ventricle. Therefore, if the right ventricle is no longer contracting, there will not be a forced blood volume into the left ventricle anyhow. I hope this answers your question. I had an ovarian cyst rupture around Nov 10, the doctor saw a fluid sac behind my ovary. The sac & belly finally went back to normal. My next menstruation would be around teh 22 of December. We're TTC, I had a baby 5.5M ago and am wondering, whether or not it can cause problems for menstruation & getting pregnant?
I had a cyst rupture in August this year as well. It ruptured on Cycle Day 20 I think. My period did not start until Cycle Day 39 and my cycles are usually around 32 days. So, it was only a week late. BUT...I bled for almost a month, off and on. I didn't ovulate that month as well. Last month and this month, I finally feel back to normal. I still have an odd pain in my pelvic area, but doctors have done ultrasounds and the cysts are gone. I had a cyst on my left ovary that was 3cm and one on my right that was 2cm, so they were fairly small, but hurt bad. My left one was also hemorrhagic (full of blood) and had processes (small cysts) growing off of it. I'm so relieved they're gone! But, some people go straight back to normal! The only way it inhibited getting pregnant was by making me have screwed up periods and ovulation, but that will eventually fix itself. Good luck and hopefully you'll do fine.  (+ info)
