My son is 7 years old and is just now cutting his first six year old molar. The left top molar has broke the gum. He does not complain of pain to the tooth or gums, but he is having a earache on that side, going on 4 days now. There is no infection and no fever. I thought maybe it was swimmers ear but i gave him the ear drops for that and he has no relief. The earache doesn't keep him from playing around and it doesn't bring him to tears, just an ache.
