I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

I have taken him to the doctor but everything that i read said a form of strep throat.The doctor said it was not strep throat.He however gave an antiabotic.My son has a puss pocket on his throat back behind the tonsels.I took him to the doctor on Monday and am worried because he is not getting better.

i have acute pharyngitis and/or tonsillitis and thankfully taking antibiotics. the thing is i coughed ut one of the abscess in my tonsil and now it feels much better. is this going to complicate things for me or is it best to have them removed?
if u have an abcess then u should have been very ill,ru sure u coughed an abcess???

I have pharyngitis, I'm on antibiotics and I've taken some paracetomol, but although it dulls the pain in my throat, it's still very much present. I would like a good nights sleep without feeling as though there's some sandpaper down there..

Besides Soothers, honey + lemon etc. anyone got any quick, effective home remedies for sore throats?

I have many problems with throat/esophogus area, examples: pharyngitis, laryngitis, allergies (mucus draining down throat--makes it raw), severe choking/coughing, and inflammation of internal skin. My primary dr always has me gargle luke warm water with salt(if your using a salt shaker, 2-3 shakes of salt is good, just make sure when you gargle, you are tasting the salt; so you get some relief, if you need more salt just add a little at a time) in it, gargling , as many as 5x/day. From personal experience, it DOES help. CAUTION: First, test the water making sure its luke warm, and not hot so you don't burn yourself.  (+ info)
