Why are the signs and symptoms of a sociopath or narcissist?

My therapist has questioned whether my future ex-wife is a sociopath. I just want to see what exactly the signs of these conditions are. Then I can make an educated determination. I did whatever she wanted for 7 years and she never ran out of wants. I love her but I can't tell if she ever loved me or anyone for that matter.

I recently got back some blood work that said that my testosterone was high and my insulin was low. I have also gained quite a bit of weight (about thirty lbs in about a six months) and I get tired a lot, which is odd considering I have insomnia.

Regardless of how long ago the exposure was, most peoples systems take 30 days for the HIV to show up on a TEST, in rare cases it could take up to six months, but no longer than that. Symptoms can take sometimes 7-10 years to show up however it will show up on an HIV test within this time. If you did contract HIV from this experience the symptoms would not show up yet. I recomend you wait 30 days from the incident & then take a test, then wait and do a 6 month followup test which would be completely accurate at that time (if you had no further exposures within that time.)

Some times there are no symptoms but you want to get checked if you experience abnormal bleeding, bloating, frequent urination, blood during sex (or after), feeling tired.
