Has anyone had nausea and morning sickness ease up around 8 weeks?

I feel better today. I am able to do housework and all the normal stuff. For the last two weeks I have done a lot of laying around because I felt really nauseated. I was semi-nauseated this morning after I drank a large glass of milk. I think its because it takes longer to digest and it just sits in my stomach. Other than that I have been doing quite well. I know I should be happy, but it has me kind of worried.

Mine came and went... sometimes for a week at a time... just enjoy it... it could come back... :)  (+ info)

my abdomen is getting hard everyday n i have breast milk but they don't hurt i have no mornin sickness.?

have you taken a pregnancy test?? If it came back positive I would schedule an appointment with your OB. Not to worry you or be too morbid but someone I knew described the same things but no nausia and not tired. When they when for the first check up they found out that the fetus had died and her body hadn't aborted it yet. It took about a month from the time that they thought the fetus may have died to the time that he body naturally aborted the fetus. They decided to let nature take it's course and let her body abort the baby on it's own istead of doing a DNC.
Make a doctors appointment.  (+ info)

is drinking milk really important when you are pregnant?

Im 16 weeks pregnant God willing,I havent been drinking milk that much due to my sickness, now my sickness is gone abit,Im thinking of drinking start to drink milk,is it abit late cuz im 16 weeks pregnant and its too late!!!
----------

Lots of people find milk hard to handle in the early stages of pg (and beyond) its not important that you drink milk as such but it IS important that you get the calcium you need. How you get that is up to you (milk, cheese, yoghurt, soya milk etc etc). Calcium id very important as the baby will take calcium from you and this can lead to osteoporosis for you in later life (and possibly teeth issues in the shorter term) If you've been taking multi vitamins you might have been getting enough from that but you should check. Calcium continues to be important throughout your pg  (+ info)

Offer him sips of Pedialyte, if he's able to keep it down then you can offer a few ounces frequently throughout the day. You'll find Pedialyte in the baby food isles at most grocery stores here in the US.

B.R.A.T Diet will help his diarrhea:
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

8 month old with diarrhea but no sickness?

My 8 month old started being a little whingy last friday and then on saturday he started to have loose stools and as the days have gone by he has continued this way but today they have been more like water and more frequent.
He hasnt been sick nor has he eaten anything different. What could have caused this and is there anything i can do other than keeping him hydrated?
He doesnt seem ill just moaning alot more than usual. Should i keep feeding solids or just offer milk?
----------

if he will eat then put him on a bland diet, bananas, rice, toast, and his milk, no juices.. these will help to bind the stool.. and you can take him to see the pediatrician to make sure everything else is ok.  (+ info)

What are these symptoms of, do you think? Stomach pain, sickness, no food tolerance.....?

I am 28 yr. old, and have had these issues for quite a while, so no I am not pregnant. I habe had issues like this for about 4 years never been diagnosed with anything in particular. Issues:
Usually wake up sick every morning, cannot tolerate eating breakfast most days - especially cold milk (cereal) - I get crampy in my abdomen that feels almost like menstrual cramps (you know that "I feel like I'm getting my period" feel ?). These issues go away within about an hour or 2 after awake and I am usually OK to eat, but sometimes milk still upsets me. Ice cream never does. :) I am not a big cereal eater, but I can eat a bowl later in the day just fine with no issues.
I also sometimes, occaisonally, have frank blood on the T.P. after I have a bowel movement. A dab or two, not much, and not always, & I usually have loose BM's in the morning.
But I almost always wake up sick every morning for a long, long time. I am not, and never have been, pregnant. Whatcha think of this?

IBS
the blood is from a hemorrhoid, or irritation  (+ info)

Remedies for motion sickness that are safe for a 3yr old?

My daughter gets motion sick every morning on the way to school. She eats a decent breakfast and juice (the milk seemed to make it worse) I have tried ginger ale, children's dramamine (which only made her sleepy...she was still sick) and letting her drink sprite in the car. She doesn't always throw up, but at least once a week she does. I have taken to carrying a barf bag in the car. She has taken to refusing to eat breakfast because she doesn't want to miss school. Any suggestions?
The doctor told me to try the things I tried. So that's out. She only seems to get sick in the mornings. It is not a problem when I pick her up from school.
I think having breakfast when we get to school is a wonderful idea, though!
----------

I have suffered from motion sickness as long as I have been alive. The more you ride in a car, etc does not help.
Try to get an elevated or booster car seat so she can see out the window from the backseat. No reading, coloring, looking down at her lap, personal electronic devices (video games), etc.
Try the dive/motion sickness bracelets, I wear them for all travel, in the car (if I'm not driving), on planes, boats, etc, it works well.
Also, leave early (YES, EARLY) and have a breakfast picnic at her school before classes begin. I ate my breakfast on the school playgrounds, common area, etc., for my entire school career.
It actually became a cherished time with my mom that I still think about today!
Good Luck!!  (+ info)

Does morning sickness last all day and how early in pregnancy can it start?

I am a week and a half late on my period. Yesterday I woke up very nauseated but it went away around noon. Today i woke up a little more nauseated than yesterday and it is about to be 4pm and i still feel nauseated. Could i have a virus or could it be morning sickness?
----------

I got morning sickness around 2 1/2 months and for me it was more like all day sickness, but when I first got morning sickness it was just in the morning. If you have other symptoms than you might be, take a test  (+ info)
