i do endoscopy and my doctor?

in report of pathology said that
GASTRIC ANTRUM AND TRANSITION MUCOSA WITH MINIMAL CHRONIC INFLAMMATION ,FOCAL INTESTINAL METAPLASIA AND FOCAL MILD DYSPLASIA
is it means i had cancer????

Everything you typed is basically OK except the part about 'focal mild dysplasia'. The fact that it's mild is good, but what this means is you have a spot of possibly pre-cancerous intestinal lining. This may or may not be the cause of whatever symptoms you were experiencing which led you to get an endoscopic examination in the first place.  (+ info)
