How Do I Break My Hand, Arm, Or Finger?

How Do I Break My Hand, Arm, Or Finger? I wanna know which is easisest, which breaks faster, and How to break at least one of these!

(if you do not mention that im a retard there is a better chance of getting best answer!)
----------

finger is easiest but you run the risk of messing up a ligament tissue and having a way serious injury. u just snap it to the left or right or drop a 45 pound weight on it.-ouch! as far as arm or wrist. stick it out behind you and try to catch your self with one arm as you fall on a hard surface. both of my bones in my arm snapped and my bone popped out of the skin where you slit your wrist onetime when i got tackled in a football game. sorry to horrify you.  (+ info)

is it normal for your dominant hand arm to be bigger and stronger than you less dominant?

my right arm seems to be more toned bigger and stronger than my left is that normal/
----------

Sure. Think about it- you use your dominant hand for most tasks without even thinking about it. This would therefore result in one arm being slightly stronger, more muscular and toned than the other.  (+ info)

Can a c5c6 and c6c7 disc bulge cause the right hand/arm to go numb?

have been diagnosed with uncovertebral joint and facet hypertophy contributing to mild central spinal canal to moderate bliateral foraminal stenosis, right greater than left. Am freaked about this as have right hand numb....
----------

Nerves at C6 directly affect the biceps and wrist. As the nerves travel through the wrist to the hand I'm sure it could be responsible for numbness in either hand. T 1, two vertebra down is directly responsible for the hand itself. With a bulge at c5,6 and 7, so close to T 1 , T 1 may also be affected. Any way you look at it, numbness in your hand makes perfect sense.
Try lying on your bed or the couch on your left side at the edge so that you can hang your right arm over to the floor. Sometimes that will help get some feeling back and get rid of any tingling temporarily.  (+ info)

Can carpel tunnel syndrome make the affected hand cold?

And not just a cold sensation, I mean actually cold.
----------

Carpal tunnel is defined an impinged median nerve. However, if your hand is cold, it may mean the fascia (which is compressing the nerve) may actually be compressing blood vessels as well. Best to speak to your doctor about this. If you hand turns blue or loses sensation, go to your doctor right away.  (+ info)

tourettes syndrome peoples not use a hand?

Hello peoples. I was wondering when the peoples with tourettes that swear really bad, well, why they not put their hand in front of their mouth when they swear. Like, I do when I sneeze, and some peoples with tourettes say that it is just like sneezing. So.. Why not shield with hand then?
----------

First off, most people with Tourettes do not swear. Swearing is actually part of coprolalia which only 10% of people with Tourettes have.

Some people do cover their mouths when they tic but this doesn't do much help. The tics are still audible. It can also become part of the tic itself which becomes even more annoying for the person who is ticing.  (+ info)

Every morning I wake up and my right hand/arm is asleep. This has been happening for about 2 weeks now?

Should I be worried? I didn't find it unusual until this morning. I started to realize that it's been happening EVERY morning. What do you think it means?
I sleep on my stomach with my arms under my pillows. Ive always slept this way.
blue, I think that might be what's wrong. My hand always has this dull pain and I'm constantly rubbing it. Especially my fingers.
----------

I have the same thing happening to me. I finally went to see my dr. and he sent me to see an orthopedic dr. after doing some tests it was discovered that I have mild carpal tunnel syndrome. it cleared up with some therapy and wearing a wrist splint at night. the splint was uncomfortable at first, but it helped.

Good Luck  (+ info)

Is there a condition of the wrist/hand that is on the opposite side of the carpal tunnel syndrome area.?

I read about Carpal Tunnel, my symptoms seem to be the opposite. I have pins and needles in the pinky, top of hand on the same side of the pinyk. Top of forearm and I tend to do things like typing or texting with my wrist bending downwards, not bent upwards.
----------

There are many causes of rist pain. I have included some information below that should be of help to you.

Wrist pain can be due to any one of a number of causes, including carpal tunnel syndrome, a broken bone, a sprain or strain, tendonitis or bursitis. Close to nine percent of all athletic injuries may be injuries to the hand of wrist. Throwing, weight-bearing, twisting and impacts are the four main types of ways wrists can become injured. Weakened ligaments are another common cause chronic wrist pain, and may also make an individual more susceptible to injuires.

How does wrist pain develop?
The wrist is made up of 15 bones and 27 articular surfaces, that is, surfaces related to a joint, all in a sea of ligaments. Stability of the wrist is provided by the tight-fitting anatomic design of the individual carpal bones and by the ligamentous interconnections that control movement of one bone on another. When weakened ligaments allow one of the wrist bones to become unstable and shift positions, carpal instability results. In addition, any one of the ligaments may be torn due to an injury and become a source of pain. If the ligamentous injury is incomplete, the bones can assume a normal alignment at rest, but collapse under applied load. This is termed dynamic instability of the wrist. Static carpal instability occurs when enough restraints are lost that the bones assume an abnormal alignment.

What are the symptoms of wrist pain?
Common symptoms of wrist pain can include an aching, burning, numbness or tingling in the palm, wrist, thumb or fingers. The thumb muscle may become weak, making it difficult to grasp things. Pain may also extend up to your elbow. Bruising and swelling may be present if the pain is the result of an injury. Athletes who have experienced incomplete ligament tears or sprains may have no wrist pain at rest, but will experience pain during activity.

Conventional medical treatments may help relieve the symptoms of wrist pain, but they do not address the root of the problem. By strengthening structural weaknesses in the body, wrist pain may be alleviated permanently.

i supposedly have aspergers syndrome, yet my hand-eye and reflexes are better than most, im confuse?

I play 1st Division cricket, and lead the batting averages. And have performed well in many other sports at school level too. So why do they say all "Aspies" (a horrible term by the way) are poor sportspeople.
----------

It's a stereotype perpetuated by people who are ignorant about autism spectrum disorders. Many people with ASD excel at sports! In fact I was just on YouTube watching videos about this guy Alex Bain who is an autistic marathon runner:

Alex's autism is probably more intense than what your experiencing with Asperger's but I hope you find his story as inspiring as I did.  (+ info)

Does anyone have first hand experience with Guillain Barre Syndrome?

Do people usually recover, or does it leave a person paralized?
----------

If you can catch the disease in it's primary progressive state and treatment is begun in a timely manner the disease will eventually regress to a minimal state. However, I have found that the person will usually have some numbness or residual tingling in the feet or lower legs. It is unfortunate in that this disease is one in which patience so demanded of the person struck with it. You don't say if the person is yourself or a loved one. I can tell you that if it is a loved one be kind and gentle as that person is trapped in their own body and may at times be unable to fully communicate. Think about how frightened they might be. One the brighter side there is newer and better threatments being developed by a Dr. B. Khatri. He is a world reknown neurologist and has been making great strides in his treatment with plasmaphoresis.  (+ info)
