Why do you have chronic dysentery? It could be amebiasis or inflammatory bowel disease. Amebiasis can be diagnosed with simple stool examination. It can be treated with drugs like metronidazole, tinidazole, secnidazole, diloxanide furoate and others. Inflammatory bowel disease needs a gastroenteologist for diagnosis and treatment.Take small, frequent meals. Avoid milk. Take yogurt, rice, bananas, apples, toast. When I eat less results in Constipation and When I eat sufficient Dysentry is caused. With dysentry some times blood comes from anus and sometimes it comes from lower intestine mixed with mucus or stool. Some time I feel pressure whole the day But Discharge is very less when in toilet or equivalent to nothing. Please help me.
It sounds like irritable bowel syndrome, where you alternate between having diarrhea and constipation, as well as pressure/pain in your lower abdomen. Check out this site:
