Cluster Headache, Restless Leg Syndrom, OCPD, and Borderline Personality Disorder?

Anyone have these issues like me? Here's my current meds: Verapamil, 40 mg 3 times a day, Trileptal, 300 mg twice a day, Midrin, Requip. Since taking this cocktail, been tired, however, my cluster headaches seem to be gone, head just fizzed out.
Before I was getting cluster headaches 3 times a day, around 2:30am, 1:30pm and 9pm. Felt like a brain freeze and lasted about 2 hours. So far so good. Feels like the head still want's to attack me, but it's like loaded with novacaine.

Migraine & Cluster Headache?

I'm 19 and had been diagnosed with migraine for quite a few years. The doctor prescribed me with 100mg Imitrex but it still doesn't manage to help me much. I tend to have few attacks per week and since few weeks ago, I always have headache on one side of my head/face that doesn't seems like the one that I usually have before. The pain comes suddenly and it also affects my eyes. Does this sounds like cluster headache?

I haven't tell anyone/ go see a doctor regarding to this problem. Definitely not going to tell my parents since they always think that I'm exaggerating about the pain. I'm wondering if it is possible for someone to suffer from both migraine and cluster headache. And to those who also suffer from migraine, how do you manage your life, cause I don't seem able to live life normally with this illness, plus the severe food allergies that I have. Hope someone could give some insights, thanks.

A cluster headache is one of the most painful types of headache. This uncommon condition often produces severe pain that occurs within minutes.

Cluster headaches are characterized by a sharp, penetrating, or burning pain affecting one side of the head. The pain often appears suddenly with little warning and often occurs in and around one eye or in the temple. The excruciating pain related to a cluster headache is often compared to the sensation of a hot poker being stuck in the eye. Others compare it to the feeling of the eye being pushed out of its socket. The condition may also produce a number of other symptoms including tearing of the eyes and nasal congestion.

According to the National Headache Foundation, cluster headaches affect less than 1 percent of people in the United States. About 85 percent of people affected by the condition are men, according to the American Council for Headache Education.

Cluster headaches differ from other types of headache because they occur in cyclical patterns (clusters). This type of headache occurs repeatedly every day at the same time, usually several times a day. One to four headaches a day is average. These frequent attacks may continue in a series of weeks or months (cluster periods), with each individual attack lasting an average of 45 to 90 minutes. Typically cluster periods last from two to 12 weeks. However, they can continue for more than a year. The temporary relief between attacks in a cluster period may last for a number of hours or continue for as long as a day.

which is a more worse pain a aneurysm, cluster headache, or a migraine?

An Aneurysm is weak bulge in a blood vessel in the brain.
The pain can be pretty severe and if it ruptures - deadly.!

A Migraine can be fairly debiliting (not as dangerous as an aneurysm)
and a cluster headache , also very painful/

Each persons pain threshhold is different - so it is kind of difficult to say which is more painful/

The brain aneurysm probably would be the worse when and if it would burst and start bleeding into the brain.  (+ info)

could this be a cluster headache?

For the past week several times an hour I get a horrible feeling in the back of my head. It feels like someone is punching me in the back of the head, sometimes as bad as a stabbing pain followed by the punching pain. Rarely my left temple hurts, it mainly pain in the back of my head. Any ideas? Really not in the mood for dumb responses, like "we're you punched in the head?" no I wasn't, in fact I haven't had any head damage in over 10 years.

cluster headache or migraine?

I get headaches almost every day. They usually start around the same time of day and the pain is behind one eye. It is the most excruciating pain that I have ever felt. Nothing seems to help much. Excedrin migraine helps a good deal though. I don't know if this is migraine or cluster? Can anyone help?

Have you seen a headache specialist for these headaches? Don't listen to anyone who tells you you're having sinus headaches. Migraines are a mysterious beast and are so unbelievably painful and I feel for you. The pain behind one eye of course sounds like a migraines regardless of whether or not you have nausea or sensitivity to light. Migraines are commonly misdiagnosed and ONLY a doctor can diagnose migraine, not an Internet forum. We can offer advice based on personal experience, but if you want relief, you should see a doctor. I have suffered from Chronic Daily Headache and Chronic Migraine for years. Translation, I have a headache every day and I get a migraine two or three times a week. I've been through the ringer with treatments and even many devout alternative medicine believers admit that chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal medicines and alternative methods of alternative medicines do not work on migraines. However, they work for some, and if they do for you, congrats:)

I went through a few neurologists before I was able to find one who was able to get me off of disability and back on my feet.

One important thing, NSAIDs (over the counter Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) can cause rebound headaches when you take them too often. Try to limit the amount of Excedrin migraine you take. If you take it more than once or twice a week it could be making your headaches worse.

Sorry for the long post, but this is my little soap box issue because my life is consumed by migraines. Best of luck to you, I hope you can find a suitable treatment!  (+ info)
