1/1. Treatment of dislocated posterior chamber intraocular lenses.We treated five patients with posterior chamber intraocular lenses that were dislocated into the vitreous cavity. Using a pars plana approach, a vitrectomy was performed, and the intraocular lens was grasped with forceps and repositioned behind the iris with the lens loops in the ciliary sulcus.
