Chlorine inhalation toxicity from vapors generated by swimming pool chlorinator tablets.We have presented two cases of serious respiratory injury after brief exposure to vapors from solid chlorine compounds. We could find no previous reports of such accidents and, therefore, have related these cases to alert the medical community.
